NBI FINGERPRINTING AT THE EMBASSY

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Personal appearance of the applicant.  Book your schedule here.
  2. Passport – original and one (1) photocopy of data page (page showing photo and complete name) and page with signature
  3. ID photo – one (1) colored 2″ x 2″ photograph with white background showing applicant in appropriate attire.
  4. Fee: Euro 25.00

PROCEDURE:

  • The NBI card form will be provided by the Embassy.
  • The NBI card form is NOT the NBI Clearance. Once signed by the Embassy’s consular officer and released to the applicant, the NBI card form should be sent by the applicant to his/her authorized representative in the Philippines together with a Special Power of Attorney (SPA). The applicant may execute his/her SPA at the Embassy. Click here for the SPA Requirements.
  • The authorized representative will process the clearance at the NBI Office on your behalf. The authorized representative shall hand-carry the application for processing to:

    International and Foreign National Section (IFTS)
    NBI Clearance Center, United Nations, Ave., Ermita, Manila, Philippines
