The Philippine Embassy Consular Officer may notarize, via an Acknowledgement or Jurat as appropriate, a document executed at the Embassy that are to be used for legitimate transactions in the Philippines or for those that may be required by the Consular Section to be executed in conjunction with or as a requirement for other consular services.

HOW TO APPLY
- Schedule an Appointment: Click to proceed to Notarial Appointment Page
- An automatic confirmation of your appointment will be sent to your email address.
- Prepare your documents. Complete your documents before your appointment. Complete your required documents before your appointment (i.e. Printed copy/copies of legal documents etc.)
- Proceed to the Embassy. On the date and time of your appointment, proceed to the embassy’s consular section and bring your documents for submission, further evaluation and payment of consular fees.
- Release/Collection. Your legal document can be collected in person or can be mailed to you.
WHAT TO BRING
- Document/s for Consular Notarization. Template documents can be downloaded below or you may bring prepared legal documents as you deem appropriate.
- Valid passport or Identification Document (original and one [1] photocopy)
- Personal appearance of the person/persons who will sign the Affidavit.
- Presentation and submission of original copies of documents and signing of the document for notarization.
- Payment of fee (€25.00 preferably by card or in PIN) for each copy of document
Processing Period: Three (3) Working Days
Collection/Release of documents:
- BY IN-PERSON PICKUP
- Original receipt
- Valid ID for verification
- Collection/Releasing time: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM. No need for an appointment.

- Authorization letter signed by the applicant
- A valid ID (of the representative) for verification

- BY MAIL (PostNL)
- Envelope with complete mailing address in the Netherlands
- Five (5) pieces postage stamp
- Once your document is mailed via PostNL, the Embassy assumes no responsibility in case there is a delay or failure in the delivery on the part of Post NL. The Embassy will give your processed documents to PostNL within 3 working days from submission. Please monitor your documents with PostNL.
REMINDERS
- The Embassy does not prepare legal documents. Applicants are responsible for drafting their own documents, including powers of attorney, deeds, and similar instruments.
- Embassy personnel cannot act as witnesses for documents submitted for notarization.
- Do not sign your legal document yet. You will affix your signature in front of the Consular Officer.
